How do I determine the correct frame size?

Order by your artwork size. For example, if your painting is 8 × 10″, select an 8 × 10 frame. We allow about ⅛″ of tolerance for easy fitting.

What is the rabbet depth?

The rabbet is the recessed area on the back inner edge that holds the canvas or panel. Standard depths accommodate most paintings up to ¾″.

Do you offer custom sizes?

Yes. You can check “Add Custom Sizing” on most frame pages and enter your desired dimensions at checkout.

What are corner samples?

Corner samples let you preview the frame’s profile and finish before placing a full order. They ship within 3–4 weeks and cost $20 including shipping.

How are frames shipped?

We use professional packaging to ensure safe delivery. Most orders ship within 4–5 weeks via FedEx or UPS. Oversized frames may require custom freight.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship throughout the contiguous U.S.
