RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If there is damage, please contact us immediately. Please include a note explaining the reason for the return if other than damage, your comments are important to us, they will help improve our service and product quality. Please return items within 30 days to receive a prompt exchange or refund. (Please note that you are responsible for the safe return of merchandise and all shipping costs.)
Items must be returned prepaid, in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns sent C.O.D., and original shipping charges are not refundable. If you paid by check or money order, we will issue a refund check. For credit card orders, a credit will appear on your next month's statement. A 10% restocking fee will be charged on all orders returned, except for damage of course.
Until we find a carrier that is reliable (and cost effective) we will only be shipping inside the contiguous United States. Shipping charges (in many cases) have been running more than the frames.

SHIPPING
Picture frames on pages 1 and 4 usually leave our warehouse in 4 business days. Picture frames on page 2 and 3 may take up to 8 weeks, often they arrive much sooner.
All of the corners of our frames are individually wrapped to insure they arrive undamaged.
