Shipping & Handling

We offer a flat rate shipping & handling fee of $19.95 for any order shipped to the contiguous United States. Orders over $650 qualify for free shipping (oversize frames excluded). All frames are built to order — allow approximately 4–5 weeks for delivery; many arrive sooner.

We ship only within the lower 48 states. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Oversize frame sizes may require special shipping arrangements — please contact us for a quote.

Returns must be prepaid in the original packaging. Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the product was damaged). A 15% restocking fee may apply for returns at the customer’s request.

For damage claims, please inspect your item immediately upon receipt and retain all packaging. FedEx requires damage claims to be filed within three days of delivery.
